Review in Vysoké Tatry with japanese delegation

On 7 May 2010, we had another visit. We received a representative from the Japanese Federation of the Deaf (JFD) from Japan. We prepared a visit of Vysoké Tatry, Štrbské Pleso and Starý Smokovec. The visitors inspected prepared sports fields as well as accommodation and board facilities with great interest. At the departure, they expressed their satisfaction with conditions and expressed their acknowledgment for the time we dedicated to them the whole day.
Review in Vysoké Tatry with swedish and finish delegation

Between 12 and 14 March 2010, representatives f sports federations of the deaf from Sweden and Finland, Mr. Arne Linquist and Mr. Juha Mati Aaltonen, visited Vysoké Tatry. Representatives of the Organizing Committee prepared a round trip of Vysoké Tatry, Jasná and Poprad. The display finished by the visit to the ice-rink in Kežmarok, together with the mayor of Kežmarok, Mr. Sajtlava. Further dates for reviews within the 17th Winter Deaflympics 2011 will be announced in time.
The Draw in Vysoké Tatry

On 24 January 2010, the draw for curling and ice hockey tournament for the 17th Winter Deaflympics 2011 took place in Grand Hotel Kempinski in Vysoké Tatry.
Inspection of the ICSD in Vysoké Tatry

Between 19 and 25 January 2010, the inspection by the International Committee of Sports for the Deaf (ICSD) as well as technical delegates for sports of the deaf took place in Vysoké Tatry, Štrbské Pleso, Poprad, Levoča and Jasná.

Expedition at the President of the Slovak Republic

On 24/08/2009 the President of the Slovak Republic received members of the Slovak expedition for the 21st Summer Deaflympics (Taipei).-
